CHANGING CHOICES -
TRANSPOSE COMPULSIVE BEHAVIORS

This workshop is designed to help people make better choices if they are addicted to compulsive behaviors such as endless shopping, lying, eating, gambling or hoarding.  Attendees will begin this journey by reflecting, analyzing and changing their beliefs and actions.  Learn to rebuild your self-esteem and self-worth and practice embracing your God-given gifts and talents.  This is a Christian-based class for the purpose of healing, recovery and growth.
