"I can't help but leave you with this one last message.....I know how difficult the decision can be to seek help because I understand how easy it is to talk yourself into believing that you have a handle on your problems......when really, you don't!

You may have even gone for therapy or counseling and all the while you're convincing your therapist that you're fine and that you're never going to do such and such again.....or that's the last time for me........and how you've learned your lessons and blah, blah, blah....

Most addicts live that way for years until one day your life totally crashes.....at that "place" in your life, it's about being as low as you can be....

The true test of being at that "place" is what you
 choose to do about it! 

It is only because I lived that secret hell, if you struggle with addictions, you know the hell I speak of....my own experience of living there for so long is why I can speak with great confidence.....I understand the pain, it's extremely painful! 

I speak from the experience of knowing how easy it is to lie to yourself while at the same time, day after day after day, your authentic self becomes more and more diminished. 

Until....one day you find yourself in a courtroom facing jail or you go through a divorce or you lose your career and suddenly you think, "How did this happen to me?"  Who have I become?"
